Article 1 - Purpose

These terms govern the sales conducted by K&A Amigos Ltd through the website www.classycaftan.com.

Article 2 - Prices

Prices for our products are listed in USD, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT and other relevant taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise noted. Prices exclude handling and shipping fees.
For international orders, you are considered the importer, and may be required to pay customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes, which are not the responsibility of K&A Amigos Ltd. You are advised to check with your local authorities regarding these additional charges.
K&A Amigos Ltd reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, orders will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of K&A Amigos Ltd until full payment is received. Once you physically receive the products, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.


Article 3 - Orders K&A Amigos Ltd reserves the right to refuse a payment or not confirm an order for any reason, including supply issues or problems with the order.


Article 4 - Order Confirmation Placing an order on www.classycaftan.com signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of the terms without any exceptions.
The data provided during the order and the recorded confirmation serve as proof of the transaction.
The order confirmation represents a signature and acceptance of the transaction. A summary of your order and these terms will be sent to you in PDF format via email.


Article 5 - Payment Validating your order commits you to pay the indicated price.
We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.
Your card will only be charged when the order is shipped. In the case of partial shipments, only the shipped items will be charged.


Article 6 - Returns / Refunds If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly replace it, covering the shipping costs.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all accessories included.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the returned products, we will send out the replacement items. The customer is responsible for ensuring the products are returned to the correct address.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges of accessories (earrings, necklaces).

Article 7 - Availability Products are available while visible on www.classycaftan.com and as long as stocks last.


Article 8 - Delivery Products are delivered to the address specified during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation.
In the event of a shipping delay, we will inform you by email and provide an updated delivery estimate.


Article 9 - Warranty All products come with a legal warranty of conformity and a warranty against hidden defects as outlined in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all included items (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.).


Article 10 - Liability K&A Amigos Ltd is not responsible for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the legality of importing or using the products in your country.
K&A Amigos Ltd cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the Internet, such as service interruptions, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.


Article 11 - Governing Law and Disputes These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. The contract language is English. Sales made through this website are subject to consumer protection regulations applicable in Morocco.
In case of a dispute, we will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, Moroccan courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.


Article 12 – Cancellation You may cancel your order before it is shipped, and you will receive a full refund.
